Grid monitoring involves the monitoring of the available resources and the network. The grid resources may dynamically join and leave that leads to monitoring of resources a momentous task. The existing monitoring strategy will significantly increase the system overhead when the size of the computing facility grows (Zanikolas and Sakellariou 2005).
